Abuse and Torture of Children and Adolescents by a for profit group home organization that was known as Environments for Human Services (EHS)
Was Based In Arlington Virginia but had operations approved by many county DSS (Dept. of Social Services) and by state licensing agencies.
Abuse was known by the DSS (Dept. of Social Services) and State Licensing agencies and was in many cases substantiated but nothing was done for 8 years
NOT UNTIL A VULNERABLE 14 YEAR OLD AUTISTIC CHILD IN THE CARE OF EHS WAS MURDERED
and even then DSS (Dept. of Social Service) and State Licensing agencies did nothing, it was the criminal justice system that shut EHS down
None of the DSS agencies of the counties that used EHS were held accountable or took any accountability for what took place at EHS.
